If automatic update fails use your Order Summary email to download and install latest version.

Important notice for users of WYO 4.20 and 4.21
WYO legacy versions 4.20 and 4.21 may have compatibility issues with some Windows OS versions.  We strongly recommend all users to upgrade to WYO 4.30: it is fully compatible with Windows 10, has improved security and added features.

Microsoft Surface uses odd display settings that may affect the size of WYO activation screen, the rest of the app is not affected.  We will release an update to mitigate this.  In the meantime, you can adjust display settings to make it work.  Right click on your Desktop and select Display Settings.  Change text size to 100% and resolution to 1920×1080.  Go to Windows menu and Sign out.  Sign back in to apply your new settings.  Launch and activate WYO.

Antivirus software may interfere with installation/activation of WYO.  We recommend disabling your antivirus when downloading/installing WYO.  Make sure you are logged in as administrator during the installation/activation.

macOS
WYO legacy versions 4.20 and 4.21 may have compatibility issues with macOS starting Catalina.  We strongly recommend all users to upgrade to WYO 4.30: it is fully compatible with macOS 10+, has improved security and added features.
